“I used to be a regular drinker at the Pied Bull before moving away. I returned this weekend and was very pleased to see that the place is still as welcoming and friendly as ever, with fab staff, delicious food and plenty of drinks options. It's dog friendly so my two cockapoos enjoyed the visit too, with lots of fuss from the welcoming staff and even a treat or two! I will definitely be visiting again when I'm next in the area!”

“We went for Christmas Day Dinner. This was the first time we had eaten here, and we will certainly be back. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and welcoming, Tue service was excellent, the two waitresses who looked after us were calm, cheerful, friendly and attentive. The food portions were generous and the quality of each course was excellent, it was obvious a lot of care was taken in the preparation of our meals. “Wendy and Keith were fantastic hosts tonight. My friend Simon was playing a gig and they couldn't have been friendlier. It's great to go into a pub and feel welcomed immediately. The locals were very friendly too and the pub had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this pub, especially for families as they were great with kids too. “Got there by accident as me and my kids were just passing through the area and stopped for something to eat. Place was packed and it seemed that we should have a reservation to make it easier for everyone (Sunday afternoon) but staff was brilliant and very helpful so they managed to get us a place to sit. Food was amazing, place have a great village pub vibe to it and people who work there are very professional. Prices are very decent. One of the best pubs we visited so far. Highly recommended if you are around.”

“Staff are really friendly and the food is great. Beer garden is excellent in the summer. The location, right by the mill and the river just adds to the quaint vibe. The iconic bridge which is at least 500 years old really adds to the character of Farningham. This pub is amazing for families and we often take our kids who enjoy being outdoors. “I've been to bluewater many times and have always walked past this place. It's noticeable with its flowers on display. I finally visited and did not regret it. Great atmosphere with lights and plants. Food are good portions and everything tastes amazing.”

“By far the best Chinese in Dartford in our opinion. They're the only place that do meat alternatives so I always have 'duck's pancakes and 'chicken' skewers. We only ever manage to order through Just-Eat & have in a couple of occasions had the order declined because they've decided not to take any more orders. They never answer the phone when you call to answer.”

“Ive driven past this little gem for years but recently went in for the first time for a 'baby shower' party. The pub is a fair size and has a wonderfully proportioned function area (which I hear from my friend was free to hire!?). The staff were amazingly welcoming and made me feel as though I was a local punter. Prices were average for the area and all in all, I had a wonderful time. Only thing to watch out for is the carpark at the rear of the pub was overwhelmed, maybe due to the special function that day. I found it easier to park on the road around the corner.”
