I returned this weekend and was very pleased to see that the place is still as welcoming and friendly as ever, with fab staff, delicious food and plenty of drinks options. It's dog friendly so my two cockapoos enjoyed the visit too, with lots of fuss from the welcoming staff and even a treat or two! I will definitely be visiting again when I'm next in the area!”

“Wendy and Keith were fantastic hosts tonight. My friend Simon was playing a gig and they couldn't have been friendlier. It's great to go into a pub and feel welcomed immediately. The locals were very friendly too and the pub had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this pub, especially for families as they were great with kids too. “Staff are really friendly and the food is great. Beer garden is excellent in the summer. The location, right by the mill and the river just adds to the quaint vibe. The iconic bridge which is at least 500 years old really adds to the character of Farningham. This pub is amazing for families and we often take our kids who enjoy being outdoors. I highly recommend it.”

“Great pub, lovely beer, great people great prices. This place does not charge for parking, you go in and enter your reg on the system for free. See till to try the food but looking forward to it. We go out of our way to visit this pub on our way home from other works because it's one of the best in the area”

“Our regular Chinese takeaway, delivery is usually pretty quick, though this is often dependent on just eat and traffic. The quality is always great and the food is always well wrapped, which helps in keeping hot. After trying most of the local ones, best chinese takeaway in the area.”
