“From the second i landed i knew i was in safe hands. Ahmed from Al-Ansar was waiting for us and helped us get our sims sorted. We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. “Edward James in Battersea offer a high quality service. The salon is situated amidst restaurants, pubs and Supermarkets on a main road, so is easily accessible. It is well presented and it is obvious that a lot of effort has been made to make the place look fancy and attract clientele of all ages. They also offer a number of hair products to those that maybe interested. The staff are exceptionally friendly from the time a customer walks in, regardless of how busy they are. They ensure that each customer is given full attention and care and this is obvious from the complimentary drinks and head and shoulder massages. My stylist Hayley, has been my stylist for approximately two years and has always done a great job. She is extremely friendly and professional and it's obvious that she has plenty of experience under her belt. She has never disappointed and gives her work her 100 percent as she ensures my hair look a lot better from when I first walked in. It's our first time doing Hajj in 2019 (1440) and you do hear a lot of cons about some of these Hajj Agencies and their packages. Allah SWT is my witness I have been looking for a hajj packages for over 8 months and spoken to over 100 companies to find an honest and legit tour operator that won't rip us off. Most people I have spoken to i got their numbers from internet and are based in India and Pakistan but lie saying they have an office in London which they dont. Everything was done through emails which I was uneasy about. Then I found Al-Hijaz not from recommendation but through internet, first time speaking to Iqbal Bhai he told me about his package but didn't force me to buy his package, instead he was telling me to lookout for all the negative tour operators and how to keep myself and my money protected from these con artist and assured me I will find someone that meets my demands. After few hours I felt like this company was right for me so I met Iqbal bhai in his office with my wife and spoke to him in details about his package as I loved his honesty for the first time we spoke. I was uneasy about sharing my room in Azizziyah with anyone and Shifting package. But Iqbal Bhai promised me that this is a beautiful moment I wont forget and their building are newly refurbished. AllahamDulliah the whole experience was magical almost perfect and Iqbal Bhai and the crew have delivered everything that they have promised. I say almost perfect because I wish I could've stayed there longer then 4 weeks. The 5* hotels was right next to kaaba and madina hotel was right next to women's gate which made easier for my wife, service was extremely good, Iqbal Bhai made sure we got the keys to our room instead of waiting around in the lobby. They were with us throughout the whole Hajj period, our safety was their priority and guided us in confidence. This was the Best time we had in our life, met alot of new brothers and sisters who made us feel like their family and treated us equal regardless what culture we was from. I would definitely recommend Al-Hijaz to everyone and I would want you guys to experience the same feeling that I went through. “We had a family trip booked to the Open Air Theatre in Regents Park for my family including 2 little ones coming up from Herefordshire - met them at Paddigton for a short, very interesting walk to Lady A and lovely cruise and picnic up to Camden and then Mike dropped us off on the way back right next to Regents Park - perfect way to travel.”

She understood our needs in the special COVID-19 times and offered boats which suited both our expectations & budget. She dealt with numerous questions with endless patience, was very friendly, flexible and forthcoming with tips on the route and practicalities and both our families were extremely happy with our week on the beautiful P. “An informative and enjoyable museum full of London’s rich history of transportation. It took a little over an hour to go through everything and it was great. They have some actual historical vehicles in the museum and you really gain an appreciation for the evolution of how we got to where we are today. The staff was also great, with the lady making sure we only bought the cheaper ticket relevant to tourists.”

“I stayed there for 2 days and I really enjoyed it! The rooms and the bathrooms weren't very big, but what is important, is that they were clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a nice area near the reception, where you can watch tv, play board games and drink some (complimentary) tea. They also have a small kitchen and a luggage room, where you can leave your belongings for a couple of hours after you check out. The location is also amazing! There are lovely restaurants nearby and some supermarkets and an underground station is like a 5 minute walk from the hostel. The only negative thing I have to say is that I agree with some of the reviews and the rooms get indeed quite cold.”

“Just returned from a trip to Maderia with Red Tours. I have to say they were excellent. From the driver of our coach to the tour guide and tour director, they all were very good at their jobs. The tour guide had information about Maderia on the tips of his fingers and was able to answer any questions thrown at him. The iternery was good and we saw all the main points. The staff were all polite, helpful and very friendly. Had a great time. And yes, will certainly travel with them again.”

“Scotland 4 days tour. We booked the tour from India, but did not have any idea about quality. But we found it amazing. The whole tour was very meticulously planned, punctuality was maintained, hotel accommodation as well as food was very good. The tour incharge was very well informed, caring, very nice person and respectable. Fellow tourists, though most of them were locals, were also very nice and cooperative. It was wonderful experience, very much worth the cost of tour. We would like to go again with them in future too. We hope to get similar services.”

The boat is simply gorgeous - picture perfect! The interior is very cosy and stylish. My husband loved the Nespresso machine and we all enjoyed the delicious tapas that Kate had arranged for us (and a glass of champagne, too!). The river was beautiful - so picturesque and peaceful. We stopped on our way to have lunch in a riverside restaurant recommended by Kate. We had the best table (also arranged by Kate!) and the food was delicious. It was a truly special day, more than just a boat trip - a unique & memorable experience. Thank you, Kate and Edward for making it so enjoyable and for looking after us so well.
