“Hannah absolutely went above and beyond in not only her customer service but her professionalism too. At the end of a long shift she still has a smile on her face and as a result brought one to ours too. Nothing was too much trouble and Hannah even put some fresh pork on for our burrito. Hannah is a credit to your team and will be the reason we return to tortilla at bluewater. Daniella also gave some fantastic customer service and served us at the till with a smile to finish off our visit. What a great team you have at bluewater ensuring customers feel special and will return.”

However, when I got to Tortilla, I was greeted with a lovely welcome and smile from the lady serving (Aida) who told me to take a seat outside, and she would come out to me to take my order. “I was supporting a lady with a disability who wanted to try Tortilla for the first time and everything went well till we got ready to pay and found out this place doesn't take cash. My client was obviously upset and disappointed, as not being able to pay by cash takes away from her independence and the activities she enjoys doing on occasion like eating out. The staff was very gracious about the situation and offered to help out so in the end she was still able to have her meal. She did enjoy her naked burrito very much and she said she hopes to find another Tortilla who will take cash in the future.”

“I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived at Cadiz, the staff welcomed us to a table and were quick to make sure we were accommodated with a drink whilst we decided what we would eat. Once we decided which food we wanted, the staff recommended a wine, which was perfect. The food was a delicious and light, and we enjoyed many items from the menu. We got lost with time at Cadiz and spent many hours there with food and drinks, and the staff were always ready to assist with anything we needed! I would recommend for any families, couples, or people who want to try authentic Spanish food. I am already excited to go again!”

“I love this place! I have had burritos here several times and today I went for a naked burrito. It was amazing! The place is next to the Hammersmith underground. You may have to walk for a minute or two. It is easy to order, just tell them what you want, select your ingredients and you have your hearty meal!”

“Walking around looking for somewhere to eat and happened upon this place. I did not know it was part of a chain at this point, so went in and ordered some food. I ordered a large burrito (meat) and a nachos main course too. I was blown away by not only the size but the quality of the two items, they were amazing. The staff in the store were so friendly and were genuinely keen to go through all the options with you. I sat in the store (it's not a restaurant per se, more like a place you can eat in or out) and had my meal. Next week I am back in London, I will be deffo making another visit to this store.”
