“Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips.”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

“This is the first time that we've tried this food outlet and we were very pleased with it, especially as it is a small, local shop, which has no similar cuisine as competition. The food was delicious and well flavoured. The portions were generous and it was all very reasonably priced. Would recommend.”

“Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

“Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”

“They did a great job with my 9 year olds ear piercings. Will go back when and if it's time for my younger children to get theirs done. As I got my ears pierced at a festival as a teenager, one thing I was concerned about before going was positioning the holes as perfectly as possible and I was satisfied that was done.”

“Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 5m digital dome experience to 120 Reception, Year 5 & Year 6 pupils at Stanwell Fields Primary School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station, travelling to the Galapagos with Charles Darwin, as well as across a future colonised Solar System.
