“Over 15 years we have been renting 10 properties, but we have never experienced such a good service, such a response and such a good management as Able Estates have provided. Every email, every complain or issue was resolved in hours. We have never seen such a professionalism and care towards tenants and landlord. Before we moved into Able Estates property, we didn’t have any trust in any agents. Non of them was so good as Able Estates. I have no words to describe how greatfull and thankful we are for Able Estates. Property was always maintained and looked after. Any issues was fixed in hours. We are moving out today just because we we took step forward and bought the property for ourselves. We are really sad to leave as it was really good and safe to stay with Able Estates. Big thank you! Danny is always accommodating, friendly & helpful , Colin the main mechanic there is a very competent technician and the rest of the staff are always great to deal with . The work they do for me is always carried out to a high standard. I’ve never had a problem with the workmanship or the prices that they charge . I’d Recommend them without hesitation.
