They were recommended to me by my neighbour when my car developed a brake fluid leak, so booked it in at the earliest opportunity. Within an hour and a half of having my car, the issue was investigated, repaired and road tested. Their staff are very friendly and professional. I will definitely be visiting them again when required. Highly recommended and far better than any main dealers I've experienced in the past."

"I’ve used Hayes a few times over the years and never had any issues. Have had my car and my bike MOT’d and the price is reasonable. They make a cracking cup of tea whilst you wait too. I also had an issue with some clips for my exhaust system. I bought the relevant parts on eBay and dropped by to Hayes to ask if they could fit me in at some point to fit them. They chucked my car on the ramps there and then and i was back on the road within 20 minutes, and they charged me a very good price for the work."
