Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

One of the best things about this hotel is its location directly in Canary Wharf. The underground and DLR stations were only a 5-minute walk away, which made it very easy to get around the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Canary Wharf. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel is a great choice.”
