This is the first time that I have experienced such fantastic customer service in a DIY store. I needed help to carry some tiles to my car and all 4 of them helped me to check the tiles and load them into the car. I needed 2 extra boxes and they got the forklift to get them for me. This is not something that I have experienced anywhere else. These staff are an asset to Wickes and I will definitely be going back there in the future.”
