She listened to my concerns patiently, never dismissed my concerns (even if they seemed silly), and provided professional advice and service. She is very assuring and I had never had such a wonderful experience going to a dentist appointment. Her dental practice is conveniently located at the heart of Wimbledon (right next to the tube), the place itself is clean and spacious, and her team is equally as friendly and professional. Solutions were explored. Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price. Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD. Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.”

“My mum and I went to this particular Well Pharmacy on Ordance road on the 26/10/2022 for our Covid19 vaccinations. We were left extremely pleased with the service provided by Keval in particular. He was very professional, friendly, empathetic, agreeable and just generally made mum and I feel at ease. I can also say that I didn't even feel my vaccine and experienced hardly any sensation at all and I think this is because Keval showed knowledge of exactly how he wanted me to position my arm so that he could correctly and effectively administer the vaccination. Paul was very helpful in designing our kitchen and choosing the appliances. The fitters were very friendly and did a great job installing the units in our old house which has a floor that slopes and walls that aren't exactly straight. We would recommend In-toto and definitely use them again in the future.”
