"This is by far the best nail salon in all of welling,the service is 11stars,they treat you so kindly and are able to do any design and service regarding nails,the favourite thing is the pedicure,no other shop I've been to does the pedicure the way they do,it's perfect for single appointments or groups of 3,this place is great."

"Would not recommend. I had my nails done by the man with the tattoos. He rushed my nails, despite the shop being empty and within a few days two of them had broken already. I went back to the shop to get them fixed and the same man was rude and shouted at me when I asked if he could fix my nails. I let him know that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me and that I had been to the shop twice previously and had a great experience on both occasions. He said he did not care about reviews or customers as it wasn’t his shop. I think this behaviour is completely unacceptable and not what I would expect as a paying customer (I paid £30 for the initial set and £5 to fix my nails). If you want good customer service and nails that will last, I would recommend Tony and his team at Bellgrove Hair Design a few doors down (more affordable too!)."
