“BMW F10 M5 - I write this review for anyone who like myself has been researching recommended garages and have been recommended GND. I would approach any garage with hesitation, especially if dealing with any high performance car. Petyo (Proprietor) unlike others, did quickly gain my trust from our first conversation because I could quickly understand he understood not the only the work I wanted done, but how it would be achieved. Rod bearings, injectors and stem seals (and a host of other niggly bits) I think the proof was in the pudding when I arrived to see a host of BMW M Cars from M3s, M5s and M6s. Not only the M cars waiting to been seen too waiting outside in the fenced off court yard, but the 5 or 6 M cars already being prepared or worked on inside their garage. My gut feeling was right, and I trusted it and I’m pleased I did. I’ve collected the car now and it’s clearly obvious that what they have done is remarkable. Regular updates and a very straight to the point approach that worked for me. “I can highly recommend this garage. Recently they actually rang me to say they had inadvertently overcharged me for my service and they paid me back immediately via a bank transfer. And when my car broke down at 4pm, the day before we were due to go on holiday, they did everything they could to diagnose the fault and repair it in time. And in the end the car was ready for collection by 5.30pm the same day! So impressed and so relieved and grateful we could go on holiday as planned.”

“Rang them at just before 9 to ask for help with my flat tyre, ie replace if can’t be fixed and was back home around 10. I had to have a new tyre but am very happy with price paid for nearly new. “My local garage recommended me to get the Mechanics at Nudgematics to get them to run their diagnostics machine on my ford focus as the powertrain warning light had come on and they were the nearest garage that had the appropriate equipment. However the day after it did not come up again but I decided to go there for peace of mind. They took my car for a test drive after they did the diagnostics as no fault but still advised me what to get looked at on my next service. When I asked how much I owed them for their time they said not to worry about it which I felt was a very kind gesture from them and it showed how honest and caring they are which is not very often you come by. “I found Surrey Autos in April 2017 after moving to the area and needing MOT and Servicing for my Ford Focus and Mondeo. First impressions were not so good but the courtesy and overall service turned out to be magnificent and reasonably priced. Subsequently my Focus broke down with an Alternator failure and the RAC got me to Surrey Autos late in the day but this was not a problem and the replacement unit was promised for the next day - and delivered. Now in December the Alternator failed on my Mondeo and I called late afternoon and was told - "no problem" bring it in (it was still drive-able locally on battery power) and we'll carry out the replacement work the next day (the day before the pre-Christmas weekend) - all done - what could be better than that. ! I'm pleased I found such a welcoming and quick turnaround garage and would recommend their services to everyone.”
