“I live locally and I stopped by here on my way home from work on the off chance that they were free to do an MOT for me. I was greeted by a friendly chap who said that they could do it right away. I was told that it would take 45 minutes so I went home, had a cuppa and strolled back after about 40 minutes. When I got there, my car had been tested and was parked up outside the garage with my pass certificate inside. I paid, collected my key, and drove away. No issues at all. It’s always a worry when using a new garage as you do wonder whether they are going to find problems with your car just to generate some extra revenue but no such problem at this garage. I’d happily recommend them to friends, family and work colleagues and I will definitely use them again.”

The level of service was much higher than the previous full service, identified key issues for now and then some other points to look at in future and what they might cost. Car has never been so clean in and out after they valeted it too. Very friendly and helpful team. Would recommend and will use again.”

The first time with an MOT my car was failing and needed attention for a trip, major service done over two days and car ran perfectly after. The second time after a small accident I had and wheels needed aligning, brakes replaces, two new tyres and some other electrical work; and again, very fast service and at a fair price. “Updated review: I had originally given Crawfords a 1 star review after an incident on the road with one of their drivers yesterday. The driver was an aggressive bully, who decided to speed up behind me, overtake me and slam on his brakes when he wasn't happy that I held back on a hill to allow space for a cyclist. The driver was not so clever because he ended up blocking the whole road which gave me just enough time to take a photo of his license plate and raise a formal complaint. Upon making my complaint, I cannot fault Crawford's care and professionalism and how they dealt with the incident. They informed me that dash cam footage had been reviewed and immediate action had been taken toward the driver. They assured me that dangerous and intimidating driving was not tolerated at their close-knit family run business and were clearly mortified that there was a reckless driver representing them. I thank the Crawfords team for being so kind to me when I was clearly very upset and wish them well in the future”
