“Found a screw stuck in my tyre. Took my car to 4 places near work, they all gave it one look and told me I need a new tyre, but none of them had stock, or they had a 2 hour wait. Took it to Kwik Fit on Bushey Mill Lane, was seen immediately. Edward asked some questions, did a leak test and then examined the screw. He took the screw out and found it was not even a centimetre long. It did not penetrate far enough to be a problem. Fantastic, trustworthy service. Will definitely go their first next time I need any work done!”

The vehicle health check video was very helpful in explaining setting issues I was having. Tracey was great! The only thing I would say is that as it was a recall from BMW, they should have offered to reimburse my expenses for the day as this wasn’t my fault.”

“Took a new car to Reform to spray the rear diffuser and tailpipes as they were not the colour I wanted as at stock (from silver to black). Great advice from first chatting with Terry and Colin, advising on what they thought the best finish would be for the job (gloss). Took the car in a week later and they had the job complete in less than two days. Great final product and finish to the car, exactly as desired and described.
