“Love the place! So happy I can finally get an amazing coffee and treat on my lunch break! The coffees and lattes are perfection. Not to mention the delectable goodies. I’ve had one tasty treat everyday this week. Staff are superb, very attentive and polite. Really enjoyed my chat with the new owner Dillon, you can really tell he goes that extra mile for his customers. I will definitely be taking a trip to the Croydon Coco&Nut Cafe soon! The Woolwich cafe is definitely aesthetically pleasing! Cosy and comfy but still stylish. This new cafe has actually made my lunch breaks enjoyable. Food has been spot on! Can’t recommend enough!”

We were over from Australia visiting my parents who live in hornchurch I use to live there before moving over to Australia and have always struggled to find a good coffee anywhere locally until I found the sip house on my recent trip back! The girls are so lovely and friendly and coffee is on par with the coffee that you get in Australia. Would highly recommend I loved it. I will be back on my next visit home :-)”

“Award winning café next to West Hampstead overground station with very appealing branding and brilliant baristas. Matcha latte was descent and creamy, the flat white was also incredible. Baristas are friendly and talkative, you can see that they put lots of effort and love into each cup of coffee and it really reflects on the quality of the drinks itself. This café also sell their own coffee beans and merch, it deserves to be this popular!”

“I work for the council driving the recycling waste. We often pop in to grab a coffee. A gentleman stepped forward as we were about to pay and paid for our coffee thanking us for the work we do. I was gobsmacked. The gentleman was the owner. Not only is the shop a beautiful and peaceful place to be it’s run by a true gent. The staff who serve always smile and have a joke. I don’t often write reviews but I just had too. Thankyou to all of you who serve best coffee and cakes in Chelmsford.”

“Absolutely love this place! Super lucky to have a coffee shop like this on this street. Perfect for a work space, or a sit down to catch up with friends. Food is lovely, drinks are super! Koyo stuff are always friendly and go into a lot of effort to get to know you and make you feel like you’ve just come to their house for a coffee! Must I say, cakes are also amazing. Great to also have a loyalty program that allows you to have a free coffee every now and then. Very clean, has relaxing music playing in background. This is a go to place on north road!!! Love it!
