“This hotel is the same as every premier Inn, comfy clean well appointed. What sets it apart is the location, right opposite Wembley stadium and very central to the train stations. The restaurant served great food and breakfast was good too, strangely not very busy even tho the hotel was full. We were on the 11th floor but there were plenty of lifts to take us up sadly we had a view of the holiday Inn and the premier plus rooms had the good views over the stadium, didn't change our mind tho as we didn't stay for the view but the convenience of location. You can leave your bags here too which is a big bonus. Great staff as always.”

“Lovely hotel with amazing customer service. This is not a Brand New hotel, but don't let that put you off. The rooms have air con!! which is amazing, the level of cleanliness is spot on, the rooms are well equipped, everything works as it should, the staff are really approachable and customer service is top notch. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to the Arena or in to central London, the hotel is directly opposite the Wembley Park Underground Station.”

“Great location to get on the tube to go to the main part of London. Hotel is newly refurbished. Everything was great. Highly enjoyed staying here. Close by is plenty of food and gym options and a short 20 minutes walk to Wembley arena and surrounding attractions. Veneta was extremely helpful in helping me rebook the room. I regret not staying a few more days.”

“So the first room I had here wasn’t the best, it was clean yes but the air con was not working at all, and the bed felt dodgy luckily the lovely staff here were more then happy to transfer me to another room on the third floor where everything was working perfectly, the room was clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with the helpfulness here and the second room was exactly what I expected from Premier Inn. Would stay here again and a thank you to the lady here with the tan coloured hair.”

We really enjoyed our stay, coming back to the hotel after a long day of walking and being sure we were going to have a nice dinner was something to look forwards to at the end of the day. “Nice hotel that's a 4min walk away from Wembley Stadium, 3mins from the train station. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff are really helpful and polite. The hotel itself has a bar that's also sell meals, plays live football and lively music. Will be using again when I'm next in the area. Would recommend, great pricing!!”

“Great value, spotlessly clean room, comfy bed and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. One of the team, a man, helped me go get a hairdryer when I bumped into him on the stairs on my way to reaction, going out of his way to help. Right next to tube station. Slight noise from the train tracks opposite but did not disturb my nights sleep. Would stay again.”

“Comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with (width-restricted) opening window. I have stayed here four times in last 3 months, and have another booking upcoming. Room is well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and large work area with plenty of power points and USB plug sockets around the room. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, but does not supply decaffeinated coffee in the room (but it is available from reception free of charge). The shower works well, but is over the bath requiring a significant step up (although rooms with accessible facilities are possible). Hotel is in a quiet location on the edge of town. Breakfasts are good value, but dining area can be very busy and many children WILL be present (hotel is convenient for Harry Potter tour). There is currently no food or bar service in the evenings but there are pubs and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The staff are both friendly and accommodating. My only issues are that a non-slip mat is not provided for the bath, and decaffeinated coffee is not in the room, requiring a trip down to reception, but these are minor inconveniences.”

“Great hotel which caters for everone. My accessible room made my stay easy. Free parking. Lovely clean good size rooms with comfy beds & TV. Can't speak highly enough about Jamie and his team. So friendly, kind & helpful. They really looked after me, nothing was too much trouble. I've stayed here a few times & am never disappointed. My first & only choice when staying in the area. “The rooms have such an amazing view and vibe, the spa and pool are amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and Pedro really made our evenings so special. The bus down to the beach was a bit bumpy but we enjoyed our family day out, the only thing that i would say was a draw back was that we had to leave so soon that the chef couldn't make me that birthday cake he promised.”
