After a fall my Sony Xperia's screen was completely shattered and I was afraid I would have to do weeks without my phone if I would send it to Sony for repair. It was low on storage and they suggested for me to get a new SSD and I also asked if they do a case change for a new aesthetic. We talked a few times and arranged a date for me to drop off my pc. Had a issue charging phone, thought I had cleaned all fluff out of charging port but took it along to replace charging port and to my surprise there was a ridiculous amount still left. They ordered me a new part to replace the phone which was no longer needed and my phone has been repaired for no cost. I did offer some money for his time but he rejected. Not many honest people like this enough! thank you.”
