"My trusty smartphone (full of sensitive files and photos that'd I'd neglected to back up) finally went home after 7 years of impeccable service. Two different repair shops insisted that it couldn't be fixed, and that I couldn't retrieve the data. Distraught, I turned to Ravi at I Fix Gadgets. Not only did he replace the battery, charging port, and cables to get me access to the files and pics (something which other shops told me couldn't be done, as the phone is so old and there is water damage); he also fixed the phone as cheaply as possible, and ensured it would be good for at least another year, which I was not expecting - I only wanted the data off the phone. Amazing - this guy is a genius, and he went above and beyond. I won't be going anywhere else in future!"
