“Thank you for your professional and kind service. I was greeted with a smile and "Good morning" in store today. I explained that I was looking to buy a single mattress for my 100 years old Mother. Lynne was so helpful, she pointed out the models that I shouldn't have for someone of Mum's years (Too firm, too heavy etc) and showed me the models that would be suitable. Lynn answered all my questions, it was good to have somebody with her experience advising me and who was genuinely interested and concerned that Mum got the correct mattress for her comfort. I came away feeling confident and happy with my choice.”

“Always really friendly as long as your engaging and curious about the food and having little knowledge helps a lot this type of work is very very difficult and can sometimes leave you feeling short and stressed but I always try to smile and that helps a lot on every occasion that I’ve been here the ladies have always given me free samples of different dishes ,being in the food industry is always subjective and you are never going to please everyone especially the professionalism complainers”complaint about the chef banging cooking pots ?” Cmon man that kind of stuff is charming and a happy chef makes happy food ?,food here is wonderful and authentic and I’ve visited south India over 20 times it’s also a reasonable price when the price of everything is being increased massively I feel very lucky to have this place so close and I bet lots of other people feel the same !all the best for the future and I’ll see you soon ! “I,ve visited this establishment a number of times courtesy of my ciu affiliation membership and a finer club you could not find in the area with a well kept bar serving drinks at very reasonable prices plus a diverse mix of members one can turn up and discuss matters such as the correct ratio of sand and cement to make a rendering repair to the latest movements on the stock exchange or perhaps the current political situation in Ukraine the club positevly oozes olde worlde rustic charm with a distinctly bohemian atmosphere if one is in the need of a little liquid refreshment and perhaps an intellectual debate cannot recommend this jewel in a grubby setting highly enough don,t however take my word for it please pop in and obtain a membership form from one of the bar staff.”

“I cannot recommend Miranda enough, she was my saviour when the location of my wedding ceremony changed at the last minute due to COVID restrictions. She was able to change my order that had been agreed months in advance with no issue.. My wedding flowers were all stunning. I asked for silk flowers for my bouquet, Miranda said she had not worked with silk flowers before but wow what an amazing bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, flower girl wand and buttonholes we had. We also had fresh flowers in the wedding breakfast area, which we absolutely stunning. Thank you so much Miranda..”

“Amazing location, just opposite Bromley south station! Staff were very friendly, generous and caring! Food was phenomenal, portion sizes were very generous ! Very luxurious and atmospheric inside, feels like a very expensive restaurant but all the prices are very good and reasonable for what portions you get! Music was good, not too loud, so we could still talk amongst ourselves, We went on their opening day and for their first day it was a very good experience, I would for sure recommend this place to anyone! I’ll for sure be back again, not once, not twice but many times in the near future!”

“South Bromleys hidden gem, this is the best Turkish Kebab house in the south east of London, it knocks most Turkish restaurants off their pedestals. Its spotlessly clean, the usual favourites are there but made with the best ingredients, cooked to perfection and served with a smile. There is also a good range of Meze to elevate this humble fill your stomach honest take away for the drinkers to a treat for the whole family to enjoy at home. It is also served with Turkish pilave rice as well as the usual salad. You pay a bit more here but it's worth every penny. I should know being Turkish in heritage. The only disapointing thing is that I live just to far for it to be my local Kebab house.”

“Ordered via Deliveroo food was over an hour late, not the restaurants fault. When it arrived it was superb. King prawn Parthia with the biggest king prawns and plenty of them. Really good flavour. Will definately be ordering again but will probably bypass Deliveroo they are getting really bad.”

“The Sunday roast is fabulous. I had the veggie option and my partner had roast beef. Both were ample portions and very, very tasty. Staff can’t do enough for you and Lauren the manager is so welcoming and makes everyone feel like a regular. It’s a great example of a traditional pub.”

“Went there for Parkinson Users - Group Xmas Meal. I think it's part of the Pub. It doesn't look that big. But did manage to seat about 40 of us, quite spaciously. Bar nearby. Clean toilets. I would recommend - to hold events there. Friendly staff. Only little negative point is - the food was of small proportions? Thanks.”
