“We came here on a Thursday evening for an anniversary dinner and it was an excellent experience. Service was very attentive and friendly. We ordered the normal tasting menu and the Vegetarian / Pescatarian tasting menu with matched wines and throughout the food was on a very high level. I spent 1.5 years in Paris and have to say that the French Table is on the same level with the best French restaurants I dined at. Definitely worth the high price tag. Will come again!”

“We were meant to go here a couple of years ago then the pandemic hit so it got delayed. It was tricky to book as it's so popular but we got a table for lunch and decided to each have a different tasting menu so we could try everything on offer. The service was brilliant, the food was sublime. The offer of a cheese course before the desserts was very welcome, and the selection of cheeses was great.”

“Lovely new shop. They open at 10:00 but we were outside much earlier and without hesitation the lady unlocked the front door to let us in. Italian and Japanese deli. Everything looked fresh and the smells were making me hungry. We bought some pasta and sauces to give as a gift. We will go back for more and will try the tasting evenings they have.”

“I wish I’d taken more photos because these 2 don’t really do the food justice. The quality and variety is what stood out for me - starters such as Jeera Chicken made with chicken on the bone, cassava root with garlic and chilli and paneer shashlik were my favourites. Menu: We opted for one vegetarian and one pescatarian version of the menu. “Exquisite cuisine, best in class service with friendly and knowledgable staff who made the whole evening enjoyable. It was my mother in law’s birthday and we wanted to treat her somewhere nice. Having read the incredible reviews, we decided to dine at London Stock. We ordered the tasting menu and the food was honestly the best food we’ve ever tasted. We dined at a Michelin 3-star restaurant (Uliassi) just the month before coming here, and have to say the food in London Stock is far more superior. Not only was the food cooked to perfection but also the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. Thank you for making my mother in law’s birthday extra special. We will definitely come back.”

Having seen the pieces online we wanted to visit the showroom. We were welcomed and assisted with our purchase so well. Really lovely people to deal with. “I really love this concept. This was my second time in London and eating at Flat Iron this year and they didn't disappoint. Once you walk in, they get you seated, bring you a cup of popcorn immediately while you're waiting for the service to make your order. The steak is delicious and once you're paying you'll get a small "coin" for an exchange for the ice cream at the bar as you're leaving. I love this concept! No extra charges for the popcorn and ice cream. Good job!”

“This is a world-renowned tattoo shop in the heart of Dalston. My first time here with long time tattooist and friend Jethro Wood. Started a new big piece, to which I was nervous for. Jethro is calming, kind and reassuring from start to finish. We had breaks when I needed, stopped for refreshments and powered through. Clean and crisps outlines, great clarity of composition and bold striking colours were the end result of a piece ill treasure forever. Jethro is so patient and kind, helped me to stay calm and helped ensure it was as painless an experience as possible. I can't wait to get another tattoo Jethro is a master of his craft, and regardless of the piece you are after, he hits a home run every single time. Highly recommended”

I’d like to call this place a local hidden gem but it isn’t really hidden anymore, though that really helps the nice atmosphere that has developed inside. If you’re a local it’s a must visit.”

“The best Indian food around! Tons of options on the menu, very rich in flavour, for reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly, best if you check with them about a 'spicy' level of each dish (some meals are extremely hot). Option to bring your own drinks to the restaurant is a big plus!”
