I just popped in for a quick shop with my 2 years old, he was very moody and started nearly to cry when we were waiting in the queue. The lady at the till was serving an other customer but when she heard that my son was about to cry straight away she reacted, she gave him some paper cocomelon toys which made my baby so happy straight away. These kind of little things make such a big difference, she really went that extra mile to make customers happy & help a struggling mum. I just want to say thank you again for her kindness.”
