"Horrible experience with uber eats. There was a missing item, I have reported and took pictures than 10 minutes later received a text saying they can’t help me as there is no missing item. So I paid for two item and received 1 item. Honestly, I have no idea how difficult this is to figure out there is a missing item. Anyways don’t use uber eats it’s useless."

"I have used this shop quite a few times in last few months due to visiting family here. Normally I'm there through the day time no later than 18.00pm and I've always been happy with everything and staff have been alright (nothing to shout about but nothing to complain about either) all in all enjoyable experience until last night at 21:30pm I realised that i had forgotten to buy something during my earlier visit so I went and got ready and headed straight there its only a 5-10min walk from where we are staying so I got there at 21.47 (plenty time to spare right)! Wrong the door was locked even though there was still a couple customers being served!!!! I knocked but got ignored until a staff member had to come unlock door to let the 2nd last person out !!!! I asked if I could pop in as was still ten minutes and I got told that the shop isn't open till 22pm they close at 21:50 so staff finished and out the door for 22pm sharp! Joke"
