“I came in for a number plate. The young guy behind the counter who deals with the plates was really friendly and helpful. However the product that was sold to me was not the quality I would have expected from a 4.9* place. I went there coz the reviews were so good. The number plate lettering was really faded due to the machine being faulty. I was disappointed but since then I have been offered a full replacement and a humble apology.
