"I think a lot of local mechanics use this place to order their spare car parts. Staff very friendly and helpful,but it can get busy, and parking is hit-and-miss. Instead of ordering my wiper blades from eg. Amazon, I looked this place up online, and drove there, picked up my item within the hour, drove round to my local mechanic, he kindly replaced my worn-out wiper blades, the same afternoon, didn't charge because he knows me. I take my car to him for annual service, if needed and annual mot."

"Worst service ever. Ordered parts before Xmas but when I went to collect they somehow hadn’t been ordered and was also given wrong brake pads and had to get a refund because they didn’t know what pads should go on a 1.6 Ford focus. I’ll stick to Ken Lee in future."

"Was told over the phone they had my part in store from there head office even provided a tracking number for the part . I cued up twice and was told both times he never had the part. Very odd customer service given to me. Very unprofessional ."

"Very disappointed with my last purchase and visit here. I had ordered universal wiper blades and collected the with no issue, but when I had returned home I found that the wiper blades did not fit. 2 of us followed the instructions but still could not get them to fit at all. I drove the 6 miles to get some fitting help which I was willing to pay for if I had to. I explained to the guy on the front desk that I was having issues fitting the wiper blades and asked if there was anybody that could help, his response was “I’m only 17 and don’t even have a car and we’re not insured to help” I was then told my only option was to return them."
