The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful, and I was told that I could bring my car in straightaway. I subsequently took the car down to the garage, where they removed a rather long screw from the tyre that I was told had gone in diagonally. I was half expecting them to tell me that it couldn't be repaired and that I'd need a replacement tyre but as it turned out they were able to repair the tyre and only charged me £20 for the job. Based on my own experience I would thoroughly recommend this garage.”
