“Beautifully cool and clean outdoor pool. Well maintained and staffed with 2 lifeguards. You can change outside or use the indoor rooms, and there's a cafe inside for afterwards. Numbers are limited so you'll need to book well in advance by setting up an online account for each person, and there is a waiting list function for full sessions. Public sessions offer 3 lanes (slow, med, fast) and capacity is per lane. Despite the hassle of setting up an account and the somewhat curt receptionist, the swimming experience is very relaxed. Highly recommended on a hot day - but book a week ahead.”

“Great Customer service as always from the Richmond Team led by Alicja. who is not only very knowledgeable about the brand, but always helpful and gives great advice ! I wish the same could be said for online ordering and returns where they have appeared to have adopted some weird post Brexit avoidance of helping Customers in the UK and returns are now a nightmare .”

“Stayed here for a funeral. We had travelled from Devon. The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I did find was a stain on the bed runner and cobwebs in several places in the room. It is attached to a lovely pub where we went in the evening for a couple of drinks.”

“Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. Everything looked immaculate after Konstantin and Mariana had finished. I had my reservations after seeing some negative reviews but our experience was excellent. They worked non-stop and couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Thank you!”

“I had a very comfortable and most pleasant stay at Kew Rooms for 4 night in May 2018. My room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were very clean. The host Geoff and his wife were very helpful and made me very welcomed. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Chance to meet people from other countries who were staying there. Location is fantastic - 7 minute walk to Kew Gardens tube and 10 minutes to Kew Gardens Park. Fully recommend Kew Rooms if you happen to be in that part of London. My rating: 4.5*/5* or 9/10”

“I love this shop, the scarves are exquisite, and made from fine cashmere, wool or cotton, you know its luxury, exclusive,but I think the cost is reasonable, I wear my scarves in the knowledge that I wont see anyone else with the same, and they are so comfortable, cant wear anything else.”

I love that they go on day trips to exciting places, have music and PE teachers visit weekly and have a great space to play in!”
