My blow dry has lasted me a long time with no frizz or any dry ends. I am very happy to be booked in again in a few weeks to get glam before the holidays! “I've been going here for a good four+ months and these guys are solid every time. My cut's pretty easy (skin fade, little off the top), but they're great at communicating and making sure your cut is going well. Can't beat the price and they're open til 19:30 so that's super convenient as well. Nothing but good experiences here!”

“I've been getting my hair, nails and eyelash extensions here for a while now and haven't been let down. They girls know what they're doing. Sometimes manners may not be visable and could come across rude but that's not intended. Offered coffee, tea and water. Eye lashes are amazing, almost 3 weeks and they still looked good. Hair, never been let down. Nails, great ideas with great products used. This salon constantly uses good products and take their time to make sure it's done as expected and worth your money. Give it a go!!”

“I’ve been coming here for a few years and thought I’d finally leave a review! I had a really pleasant experience just now! Went in this morning and got an appointment for 12:00. Lots of sanitiser and all the barbers were wearing their face-masks (properly, over the nose!) which made me feel really comfortable. Will be back!”

“Fabulous Sunday massages from Farah - I’ve already had the Hot Stone Massage and it was so wonderful that I went back for an Indian Head Massage, when I had a sore neck and lots of tension in my scalp. Farah made me feel really comfortable and asked lots of questions before the treatment to ensure that she would be able to help me as much as possible and customise the treatment according to my needs - I walked in stressed and burnt out and floated out after just over an hour, feeling so much lighter and more relaxed! I will definitely be going back for more treatments soon.”

“If i could give it more stars i would!! we've all done it and taken matters into our own hands ... well that was me this morning... my hair was a hot orange mess ...as i was !! greeted by Sonia (the salon manager) who took me to one side and sat me down as i confessed all ... i cannot begin to tell you how kind Sonia and her team Bryn and Jenna were to me ... To say they went above and beyond is an understatement and needless to say i left a short time later orange free and with big smile on my face. i had no appointment and was immediately accommodated...A little kindest goes along way and its rare these days but your sure to find it at HOB west hampstead along with a fabulous team that will make you feel welcome, look after you an do a fabulous job with your hair, ensuring you leave feeling happy with your result.
