“We visited Yasmine and Driss in London to look at their mirrors, even though we were 2.5 hours drive away (we were in London for the day) and are glad we did. The Silver Maillechort Hand Engraved mirror was stunning and so much better in the flesh than in pictures. It's now hanging in our lounge and looks superb. Yasmine and Driss were very friendly and helpful, and although it's a shame they can't ship the large mirrors due to damage, we were so glad we made the trip to see them in person. Hopefully our next purchse will be something that can be delivered!”

It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store. “Outstanding customer care. My wife and I were in the shop earlier this week and bought some items. Unfortunately we left one of our bags from a previous shop in the Superdry store and left it in there and got on a flight. I phoned the shop the following day and Bal (shop manager) informed me that she had the bag and it was safe. She very kindly posted it to us recorded delivery the following day at no cost. Bal, thank you so much, my wife was so upset that she left her bag which had some expensive items in it. Your customer care is at the highest level, which led me write this review. Watches of Switzerland wanted 12 weeks to repair the watch and they did it in 2 weeks !!!!!!!!! They are amazing old fashioned and very honest”
