We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. They proactively emailed saying they were sorry that due to the size it wouldn’t be “next day” and apologized for the inconvenience (no inconvenience on my part! I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission!
