“In the last 3 years I have bought 2 suits and many shirts and ties from here. It is a bit out of my price range but the quality is very good and all staff are incredibly professional. I especially want to say a big thank you to the tall brunette who helped me with my wedding suit. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied without being pushy. She even recognised me recently and asked how the wedding went as it was nearly 3 years ago. Overall outstanding service by everyone.”

“Visited this store hoping to exchange a pair of shoes bought in another store for a different colour. They did not have them in my size but the gentleman serving ordered them for me, took my original pair and arranged to have the new pair delivered to my home at no extra cost. What fabulous service. I cannot praise the gentleman or the store highly enough. i would recommend to all my friends and I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise!”

They did make me feel a bit reluctant to buy at first because they don't do refunds you can only exchange and if it's not a shop you regularly use then it can be off putting.
