Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”

Friendly staff, disabled access, disabled parking and plenty of parking available on an estate with many other large department stores and DIY stores. The store was clean, well stocked clothing and homeware items. Men, Women and children's clothing, shoes for all and at a reasonable cost.”
