"Awful horrendous customer service! Was going there for just 8 years and was spoken so rudely by the male owner of the shop. He’s awful, horrible customer service. He literally shouted at me as well as his wife because I asked to have French done by another lady because his wife kept making mistakes in getting the line correct for the French. Never been back since. Such a shame- get him out !"

"I went to get my hand and feet gel polish removed. They charged me £20 for less than a 5 min job. I DID NOT get any nail cutting/trimming/shaping/polishing and they still charged me full price for HALF a service. You cannot reason with them as they are dishonest, rude and argumentative. I will never get my nails done here again. There’s plenty of other salons in Southall who do a good job without scamming you."

"They are very very very rude people. The man doesn’t know how to talk to a women. I made appointment for acrylic nails and when I went there , As I was sitting to get my nails done I got a call from my mom . When I answered the call the man just shouted at me saying no talking on the phone . He stopped doing my nails and said he will Not do them because I was talking on the phone .He was shouting at me . I will never go there again. They need to learn customer service skills . Guys if u want good service DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!"

"First time I went today and it was the best nail studio I have been to! The staff was super friendly and the actual nail turned out perfect! It's best to pre book and appointment as they can get quite busy, I booked and didn't have to wait. I definitely recommend and will be a regular customer from now on."
