"When i came to pay for a pedi ,they charged me 10£ more on the pedicure price because they said they put gel nail varnish ,but when they gave me the varnish to chose they DID NOT say that it was gonna cost me 10£ more... dishonest!...they gave me a discount of 3£,but they lost many more £ because i am not going back there....for gaining dishonestly 10£,they lost hundreds more if they kept me as a customer...also they do not give a foot massage ( which most pedi give)...ask yourself:Would you like to be dishonestly tricked into parting with your hard earned money?..."

"Been a customer for over 30 years. But have been disappointed on recent visits. Nail filing and shaping is very bad. Everytime now I feel they are doing a rush job. My nails always feel rough. And the worse thing is that when you point something out to them, they don’t like it. Strongly thinking to change to another place. They have increased there prices but overall effort and efficiency are very bad."

"One of the worst nail experiences. Understaffed. The lady who did my nails kept dropping things, was very clumsy and sloppy with her work. The nails shape was completely off and uneven. She kept smudging my polish with her own fingers. I spent almost £40 and left very unhappy. I went to another shop and had them re-done. Never again"
