"First time using this nail salon, Last time too based on overall experience . Called for an appointment, was given one for 1:30pm. Had to wait for 30 minutes before sticking my legs in the bath for pedicure. Spent another hour with feet submerged, water going cold, before they came by and first thing they asked was pay , you pay first. When asked why was told it was a policy. Ok, I paid. When asked how long until someone would get to actually do my feet was told 2 minutes, “be patient, we are busy”. Overall spent over 2.5 hours waiting around , not able to leave after feet in the bath. Observed them treating other customers not very nice when they walked in or challenged the staff about delays while being really nice to what I presume are regular. I get pedicure regularly and now know what to expect and what I like. This one felt rushed, not taking enough time to carry out certain steps, felt like I am just a money sign not a client."

"Really lovely staff and great nails! Booked in as a last minute appointment for acrylic infills, they all stayed overtime to finish them for me. Beautiful acrylics with lovely detail and very friendly staff. I will definitely be returning!"

"VERY UNHAPPY, I visited Tina’s before going on holiday to have a nice fresh set of acrylics & pedicure with polish. I wasn't happy with the service through out the whole process I KEPT having to tell them what to do. On day 1 one of my nail already broke as they use so little gel products. So I went back to get it re- done & they did it free of charge. Day 2/3 another 3 more nails broke BEFORE I’VE EVEN LEFT FOR MY HOLIDAY (I wasn’t doing any activities) so I decided not to go back considering the amount I paid. My nails were hurting me the whole time I had them which indicates it wasn’t applied properly. I went to my usual spot as I was very upset & disappointed with Tina. Fast forward today my nails are suffering a lot (brittle, thin, broken & sensitivity) bare in mind I’ve been getting nails done for over 15 years and never experience this."
