“Went to this pub on a rugby day it was very busy, but it had great atmosphere. The bar staff were very quick and efficient and used to deal with all this well. We stayed in the little court yard garden at the back as we had someone who likes to vape. The garden can be accessed directly via a side alley very useful for disabled customers. A good pub, busy but lots of fun.”

“We have had such a positive experience with this nursery I thought it deserved sharing. Our 1 year old started a few months ago and the staff have just gone above and beyond in their care. The Manager Lizzie answered every question we could possibly have without hesitation on our first meeting. Walking around on a tour you can see that she knows every child in each class and they run up to her to say hello. Since starting she has spent one on one time with our child playing football and knows every detail of his day when we see her. How she finds the time to go to this level of detail while managing everything I have no idea! Gemma who supports her is the same and alongside our key workers Lauren and Faith they have helped make the transition so smooth and really tailored their care for our child. (Accommodating our nap times/baby lead weaning/suggesting where to bring personal toys or comforters from home etc). Each morning they take onboard any requests we have and every evening they give us a full de-brief of his day. They also offered courtesy calls throughout the day if we had any worries or needed reassurance after he had been unwell at the weekend. While we haven't met the other staff in person they seem to know our son and regularly wave if we see them out on walks on days when he is not in nursery! All in all we would very much recommend the nursery based on the personnel and the level of care.”

“Rie from Resoria Flowers did our flowers for our wedding and they were just perfect!! I wanted to stick with white roses, a very clean , simple and timeless look and Rie totally delivered on that. I was pretty specific on how I wanted my bridal bouquet to look like and sent Rie a photo and honestly, she created exactly the same bouquet it was perfection. Rie was great with suggestions for the guest table arrangements, we went back and forth on a few options and the tables looked beautiful. We live locally and Rie ensured that the button holes for the groom and best man were dropped off the morning of the wedding. She also dropped off my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquet to our hotel in Chelsea the morning of the wedding, which made everything so easy. I would highly recommend Resoria Flowers, it was great to support an independent, local business and I would highly recommend them for your wedding or event.”

I always leave feeling amazing as not only does my hair look and feel great, I love being there because I always feel welcomed, comfortable and it’s like visiting friends! Helena treats each project as if it’s her own, and the care and attention shines through. Issues are dealt with responsively and fixed well. Communication through the project was excellent. Additional advice is typically great, e.g. paint colours for walls. I’d recommend and use Helena and Zen again.”

The whole process, from design ideas, through multiple iterations of the layout, options on finishes and ultimately the upgrade to the signature cabinets and oak internals was seamless. Once the design was approved delivery and installation were managed as a finely co-ordinated project, and their fitters were superb. They worked quickly, quietly and attention to detail was meticulous. Minor delivery damage to units was expertly remedied, and the amount of comments we get on the quality of materials, fit and finish speak for themselves. “Ordered crispy squid, Tom yum soup, chicken ginger spring onion, chicken Hong Kong style, and egg fried rice. Was delivered quickly. Received the small rice instead of the large but they are forgiven. Food was amazing. Leagues ahead of the last 3 Chinese takeaways we have tried in the locale. Chicken was flavoursome not the usual "tipped" chicken you get in takeaways {which is watery and voluminous but tasteless}. The chicken in each dish had taken on the flavour of the dish and not just boiled and added. Chilli pepper Squid was sublime. Still crispy on arrival thanks to the modification to the container to let the steam out. Soup was delicious. Hong Kong chicken was beautifully crispy. Egg fried rice was OK. Hoping its not a one off. Just blown away by this gem in my neighbourhood. Lucky Garden if you're reading...dont change anything. Top marks to the management through to the chefs.”
