“I ordered here for the first time and I loved the food. The brown stew fish was so delicious and flavoursome, the rice and peas were tasty, the steamed vegetables were enjoyable and the dumpling was good. The dumpling was thrown in for free which was a nice touch. The portion sizes are very generous, really good value for money. I phoned the restaurant to see if the rice and peas were included with the brown stew fish and the woman on the phone was really warm and friendly. I've tried many Caribbean takeaways in East London and this one is by far the best. I would highly recommend!”

“I have been coming here since 1981 when I was 10 years old. My father took us and his clients here when Valecci opened and me, the same, 25 years later. It was my eldest son’s 21st last night and this is where he wanted to come. 3 generations later and still the same classy experience; The food is exceptional, Enzo and his staff are the best in the business and nothing is too much trouble. If cost is your priority, this is not your kind of restaurant. If first class food served by exceptionally attentive yet subtle waiters in intimate and personal surroundings is what’s required, come here as you’ll never be disappointed.”

“We had pizza, calzone and tiramisu. It was lovely, quite busy and lots of birthdays going on around us. Only niggle is that we wish the tiramisu was a bit sweeter. There is a bump/step to get over to get in and toilets are downstairs, so not particularly accessible.”

“This beautiful little cafe on the river also does day boat hire is in the perfect location. The breakfast rolls coffee and froze are lovely as are the brownies! We hired a day boat for two hours to celebrate our dads birthday we also had three dogs! It made his birthday the hand over and instructions on how to handle the boat and the rules of the river were really good. I highly recommend both the cafe and the day boat hire. Thank you”

Great looking room (we had the party package) with very easy to use tech. Highly recommend! “This place is one of our favourite local spots! The quality of the food here is second to none for anything in the area. It is very well priced, well stocked and the staff are great! If you are ever looking for a bite, the dirty goujons or the kebab are superb and they offer a wide range of sandwiches which you can customise to your preference. Regularly eat here and will be a continued customer.”

The staff were exceptional, catering to our every need, especially Sonya, who was able to secure us bookings in the restaurants of our choice every evening with no problems at all. The room was unbelievable. The views out the window were worth the price alone. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional as well, with the Mongolian Beef being my recommendation. “Did the tour Camden to Little Venice, was really nice and after buzzing Camden market a welcoming calm 45min on the narrow boat. The guide on the boat was super friendly and she was giving just the right amount of info and was not too entertaining. Need to reserve on a weekend.”

“I just had my 50 th birthday party in The bistro using the new party package which the venue, buffet and DJ was all included . I can honestly say the evening was everything and more than I hoped for . From start to finish everything went to plan , the buffet food was perfect , staff extremely helpful with suppliers decorating the venue and then helping to sort gifts and everything at the end of the evening . Such lovely girls working very hard all evening while my friends party d away . highly recommend the venue for a special occasion . “Lovely little walk around the lake at the back of Bluewater. Wished I had known about it when my daughter was younger. "The very hungry caterpillar" trail to follow, answering questions along the way. Fact boards dotted about the trail with info on different wildlife around the site. Little wooden play area. Can feed the ducks/geese but signs say NO BREAD. Bird seed or defrosted peas is better. Will go again!”

“I love Argentinian meat dishes, and I just had to try it. We went there on Thursday (11-17) afternoon around 2 pm, and there we’re available seatings. We were seated right away and ordered their lunch specials. Ribeye steak was perfect (more on a rare side), tender and seasoned lightly. Accompanying mashed potatoes and salad were also good. I would love to go back there for dinner when I am in London next time.”

“10/10 dishes. Me and my wife ordered different pastas and they came as authentic as they should. Was really impressed with the quality of food and cooked to perfection. Most italians always have there way of cooking when ordering the same dish. But what we had was what I would say is original and how it should be in every Italian. Superb job to the chef's. Staff were friendly and service was very good. Lovely small restaurant which probably explains why the food was so good as they are not catering to a large number of people.”

“A great location situated right on the river with an upstairs terrace decorated nicely. The food looked like it had come from a Michelin star chef and tasted like it too! Our evening was made by the friendly staff who went out their way to accommodate us and invite us back. Shall definitely be returning!”

“Went there with my 15 year old triplets and we had a ball. The park has a lovely atmosphere to it (the fact that the weather was great did its bit too). It is large with lakes, big green patches and shady trees everywhere. We did the assault course and it was a blast. I'm a balding middle aged man, but I felt like a kid in the water climbing over the many obstacles. Everyone there had a smile on their face! The guards are very cool about diving, jumping and generally let people have their fun. We climbed, slid, jumped and swam for a full hour. It was tiring but oh so much fun! For 15 pounds a person (wet suits were not required due to the heat) it was well worth the money. My kids loved it and we had some great bonding time. Next time we will try the water skiing, which looked like a lot of fun. There is a canteen / restaurant with really nice burgers too.”
