“Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

He picked it up at the exact specified time the night before, completed the work thoroughly and in good time, and charged a really reasonable rate compared to both Mazda and mainstream service centres. He explained things really clearly and gave great, honest advice, and uses higher quality products than the mainstream service centres. He also replaced the exhaust silencer on our Honda; again, a thorough job, completed quickly and dropped back to our house. Andrew is a really nice guy, very thorough in his work, and we would happily recommend him to anyone.”

They were very thorough and helpful at every step of the way, greatly reducing the stress on my part through what is a tricky and time-consuming application. I used the ad-hoc support sessions which were great for providing periodic support via Zoom as needed as I worked through the visa application myself. It was also nice having the continuity of dealing with the one person (in my case Warrick) throughout the process. They do also have the full service for those that require the visa process being fully managed for them. It was nice to have both options though, unlike other companies I checked out. We had our spousal visa granted successfully a few months after submission so the help they provided in making the application water-tight paid off. Worth every penny! “We stayed here for the second time this year as loved it so much. It is a beautiful hotel, gorgeous historic rooms with spacious bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The Angel bar is great fun to go in the evening and enjoy music and cocktails. Guildford as a town has a lot to offer and after a busy day exploring Guildford you can enjoy a restful night sleep in a beautiful period room. The reception staff on arrival were brilliant and the staff in the evening and at checkout were brilliant. Professional and friendly and very welcoming. Looking forward staying here again soon.”
