I asked specific questions and brook answered all my questions and was very helpful towards me. I went away and I was extremely pleased. I got the product I wanted and fixed my tooth in. I went there to thank her for doing such a good job and went there's to thank her as I saved money because of her advice and correct information. I left much less anxious than when I walked in having booked for 2 additional appointments, to see a dental Hygienist, Kristina for a deep clean and then to have fillings for 2 molars done by Ameeka. “I’ve never reviewed anywhere before but I have to say I had my gender scan with Mohamed yesterday and the whole thing was a great experience. He was so patient and friendly, didn’t rush through the scan, made us feel very welcome and even give some extra videos and photos which we were not expecting. Will definitely be coming to him again for anymore private scans as usually other places rush you, he actually gave us a long in depth scan explaining everything. Would definitely recommend this place.”

Grace has been so supportive, kept me updated, reassured me and helped me no end when I was stressed. She will always explain what is happening, when I have needed it, in terms that I actually understand. I feel as though not only has she been my agony Aunt but has become a friend. Grace has been through every emotion with me, has always checked back to see if I was ok, which proves what a caring, thoughtful, lovely person she is! She goes above and beyond her job role, Grace is a credit to Wards, they are so lucky to have her as part of their team. Shannon has been a great help to me when I have phoned the office, always cheerful and friendly, always a pleasure to speak to her. I also feel that Paul definitely deserves a mention too as he has been so supportive to me, again so so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble, even phoning to check how things are going when it’s not going to plan! I always feel that he is very approachable and will always give me great advise. These three members of your staff are a credit to Wards. “Store2Door collected a table, 8 chairs and a sideboard for me and delivered them to an address that is pretty much a building site. They kept me informed about who the drivers would be and the service was brilliant. They took the table to pieces quickly and easily and transported everything without a hitch. They also made sure that the table was reassembled and that everything was well protected when they left. I am delighted with the polite and efficient service from the team and all for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
