"Ordered my car parts and agreed to pick up the materials by close of Business. After travelling 30 miles from Maidstone to Dartford @ 1700, I was informed that they couldn’t give the parts because there was no one at TPS to issue an invoice. TPS opens until 1800 and this is extremely unprofessional of an institution like TPS. I will recommend management get on top of this issue."

"Very bad Service, I called them to find out it they had a part for sale, told me yes so drove down 30 minutes to then find out that they are not selling to the public as a man shouted to me that go away from here and said sorry. Why wasn’t this said to me on the phone, we are all facing difficulties and it’s not helping with people not being clear Would never come here again, what a waste of time"
