Store with pharmacy in New Malden

“We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

“Over 50 years our pharmacy; consistently helpful. Back in 2001 I was put on umpteen pills as a result of a stroke; I recall being panic stricken that the shape and colour of a tablet had been changed. Griffith's calmed my worries. In 2007 my then wife, Pam, was terminally ill and on 28 separate meds, they suggested with the District Nurse, that both she and me as frantic carer wnt on to dossette boxes (also known as Blister Packs). In 2016 I married again, and with Alix came an introduction to dossette boxes with larger compartments to hold the pills. I asked if I could have the larger size too, as Ipainful fingers found those I'd been getting fiddly to dish out my pills from. Not a problem. Today they called me today to fetch back iAlix's dossette boxes to fulfill an increase in strength of a tablet. Then called me again to say they were ready, and also that a replacement batch for the one damaged in an incident had been souced. Frankly I don't know how they do it, doling out all those myriad shapes colours and sized pills! When I drop some of ours, it's a major crisis. Then the Doctor decides to send them prescriptions for several weeks at a time! 8 weeks is the most we've had - I can't even imagine the number of tablets that are involved for them to dispense. week after week. And then they are still coping with Covid! Our thanks and praise, kind Griffith's people!”
