“This is the highest quality restaurant in Holloway without a doubt. We held a group event here for over 20 people and it was all excellent, with lovely staff, great atmosphere and most of all very good quality meat and fish. We particularly like the seabass in addition to all the lovely steaks.”

“Very happy with the food that I had! I went for the 500g Porterhouse steak with skin on fries as a side. I ordered the steak medium-rare, and it was perfectly cooked! It had a lovely grilled taste and texture on the outside and on the inside it was very flavoursome and tender! Very yummy! :D So, if you want a lovely steak and great value for money then get your rumps down to Smokin' Grill! The service was professional and friendly too!”

“Great nite out! Whether on a date or a group booking. The choice of meats and dishes for the price was excellent. The waiter "Robson" constantly bringing food to the table with great enthusiasm just all round great service. Had our very own episode of Man V food I had to eventually tap out from eating more which was a shame. But will definitely go back again for a rematch.”

“Well this restaurant its all about the vibes it gives. If you're going with your half or a friend/friends you will enjoy for sure. The ambience is very cosy no bright lights the music is just special not too loud and the staff is very friendly. Davide helped us choosing from the menu suggesting the best. The meat is amazing but if you're a seafood lover you also have few options. Definitely recommend it!!”

“Service was very good despite the restaurant being very busy. Many people cueing outside waiting for a table. Reservations are a definite good idea. candy floss prosecco tree drinks to start. Had the potato skins to start which were lush. My 10oz medium fillet steak was perfectly cooked to my liking. Will be coming back soon.”

“Came here for early dinner and drinks with my partner before we went out for the evening. Was quiet as it was a weekday, so we were sat quickly on a table near the kitchen. Very cosy booth, loved the Christmas decorations! A lovely lady called Jess took our order, I had the salmon and my partner had the pork, and we shared some sides. They were out of the onion rings, but the lovely chefs made us homemade ones instead!! Such a nice touch. The food was lovely and we had some cocktails once we were finished. Absolutely can’t fault the service, everyone was so welcoming and attentive! Will definitely be back, hopefully to try the festive menu which looks delicious.”

“Had an amazing family meal at Cacio e Pepe early Saturday evening on 31/07/21. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food could not be faulted. In fact, the only fault I could possibly find would be that the starter portions are FAR too generous. We will certainly be sharing starters on our next visit. Very varied menu and everything we had was cooked spot on. Cannot comment on the deserts as we were far too full to even look at the desert menu. All in all a fantastic and authentic Italian restaurant to have on your doorstep.”
