Branded Sevenoaks
“I cannot recommend Branded more! The atmosphere as you walk in, is friendly but one that makes you feel like you are in the best hands! Mustafa (apologies if I spelt that wrong) was incredible, it was almost as if he knew telepathically when we needed something and he was there, attentive and jovial. And I haven't even started on the food. The food was exactly what I expected, cooked to perfection! All the produce was high quality and worth every penny. I will definitely be going back soon!!!”
The Red Lion
“Having just finished a 10 mile walk, i was famished. This place was a gem i found by accident. My friend and i asked if they had a table as the place was rammed. The very efficient lady in charge was able to squeeze us in if we promised to be done in an hour as the table was reserved. Food looked gorgeous but i just opted for a snack which was dirty fries with beef and cheese”
The Old Red Lion
“Popped in for a Sunday roast and was very impressed! Staff really friendly and welcoming, and a good range of beers. Sitting by the window with the rain pouring down was cosy. I had roast pork belly which was a generous portion, tender and well seasoned. Really tasty gravy, and we were offered extra part way through demolishing our meals. A real contender for best roast locally alongside the Prince of Wales - I’ll certainly be back.”
The Ship & Whale
“One of my favourite pubs in London. Have been out of the country for 7 years but this place is still the same . Great beer, food, atmosphere and service. Its a traditional pub eith a very nice beer garden. When ever back in London will always make a visit. The bbq Ribs promotion on Wednesday is well worth it.”
The Camberwell Arms
“The Camberwell Arms isn’t just a dining experience, it is a pilgrimage for those that cherish the Sunday lunch tradition. One of the best meals I’ve had and the perfect place for a self date after a long busy week. Find yourself a seat at the bar, get yourself the steak and wash it down with the perfect old fashioned cocktail. It is a therapy session that will stay in your mind for a very long time. The staff are a delight and really make you feel at home. Be sure to book to avoid the Sunday food fomo.”
The White Hart
“The pub is great! The staff was very friendly and informed about the menu and the service was excellent. The food was really tasty and the portions were quite good.”
The Bountiful Cow Public House & Dining
“Came to the bountiful cow after walking out of another restaurant nearby due to bad service. And my god we were glad we did. The steak here is genuinely one of the best steaks we had ever tried, the portions are huge and the price is more than reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful, environment is welcoming and homely. But the food is seriously impressive.”
Buenos Aires Argentine Steakhouse - Reigate
“My first visit to this great restaurant yesterday, early evening ,Sunday 30th October. I went with my brother and friend who had always raved his good the steaks were. They were right - the rump steaks were delicious. Service excellent and we had highly entertaining conversations with the staff. Thank you for a great evening. I have already recommended a work colleague to go there!”
Boxcar Bar & Grill
“While strolling the streets of Mayfair I stumbled upon this gem. Menu's size is just right (including veg. options), excellent food, refreshing selection of drinks, reasonable pricing, very kind service and a good taste of music. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area, overall just a perfect vibe.”
Lounge Brixton
“Really enjoyed my visit with my niece. Enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was good. service was good. Looking forward to coming back again.”
The White Bear
“First time here and we were really impressed. A great menu with some unusual options and a lot of variety. The portion sizes were very generous and everything we ordered tasted great. They also had Mogo which you usually only find in authentic Indian cuisine.”
The Hare and Hounds
“We had a really lovely experience here after some very hit and misses (more commonly misses) in the surrounding area while staying here for a week. The lady that served us was French and brought with her that air of hospitality as a career rather than a job that continental Europeans have that makes for really nice service. Efficient, polite and warm but unobtrusive. We hadn’t booked but were seated easily although it was a fairly busy Thursday night. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating available and a kids play park. I was so so happy to see the menu. A few carefully curated items rather than a huge menu (which I always avoid where possible as you just know it’s either done badly or isn’t fresh). I was surprised to notice that despite the appealing choices on the menu, literally everyone around us seemed to be eating burgers or fish and chips! Each to their own I suppose but I had the confit duck, my husband the lamb cutlets and his father the mussels. We all thought our food was incredibly tasty and were so happy we went on and had puddings which were also yummy. We would definitely be regulars if we lived in the area highly recommend!”
Manuka Kitchen
“Impressive restaurant, food quality are excellent. The level are precise, taste are well balanced. Staffs and boss are super friendly and nice. Kids friendly- high chair is provided.”
Megan's King's Road
“Service was immaculate - they hosted a brilliant Birthday dinner. Catarina, the events manager was fantastic. She supported the organisation and Co-ordination of the event, including a brilliant set menu. Catarina helped booked the Orchard Room and catered highly to dietary requirements. This was incredible birthday, fantastic event and great food. Highly recommend to book Megan’s for group events and dinner. The grilled chicken to the beef short ribs and lamb to my favourite hot cookie dough. Thank you again Megan’s!”

Osteria Antica Bologna
“Having lived in Clapham for 15 years I am disappointed it has taken us this long to find this restaurant. It was recommended by 2 separate locals so we had to try it out. The meal was delicious and we will be going back there very soon. Very authentic Italian. Highly recommend.”
Prix Fixe Brasserie
“Prix Fixe Brasserie was recommended to me by a friend, who inturn I recommended to friends to have the leaving dinner do. This is a great place to have a French meal, not too expensive and have various French dishes, starters and mains to try, vegetarian or meat dishes and do have lovely desserts and various drinks, alcoholic beverages and nice cocktails. Attentive and great service too. A great restaurant to have a meal for any occasion and ideally close to many theatres for the theatre goers who may want French cuisne on the day.”
Ego at The Pomeroy, Amersham
“Delicious, freshly prepared food. The lamb was tender and perfectly cooked, as was the sirloin.”

“I visited a few weeks ago with family and friends and was blown away by the taste of the food! Generous portions and full of flavour! The staff are friendly and lovely to speak to. Very clean and beautiful interior. I highly recommend a visit here”
The Albany Pub & Dining Room
“Another lovely evening at The Albany. Sitting outside to enjoy late summer al fresco dining while we still can as the evenings start to draw in. Fabulous and friendly service as always. Great cocktails and a Bang Bang Chicken burger, followed by a brownie and ice cream. Sheer bliss!”
Tide End Cottage
“July, sunny weekend, and still enough places for a group of 8 to sit and enjoy the food and beer. Food was great, great selection of beers, service was good and the secret garden at the back was a bonus. I really not sure why the pub next door is so full when this little gem was half empty, but we took it to our advantage.”
The White Horse
“There’s a lot to like In normal times, the pubs around Wembley stadium are perpetually heaving; the area’s a tourist destination behind is Wembley national stadium and opposite is Wembley Arena and Brent Council Office You can imagine during event days this place gets busy but I visited the place on non event day got served quickly at the bar was moderatly busy as one section of the place was hired for a private event bartenders and warm, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The White Horse has a sophisticated and modern take on a classic English pub with few normal sitting leather padded chairs and high sitting chairs ..I sat next to the coffee bar on a high end chair opposite the kitchen area where the staff was chucking away the glass bottles trying to make as much noice as possible of bottle breaking in the recycle bin Coat is classic pub price with wide range of bar snacks to select from. Definitely recommend to try it out as I will be going again to try some mains options and update the review”
The City Barge
“Lovely pub, right by the Thames. There is also a back garden/terrace so plenty of options to enjoy the sun. The food was delicious and very affordable, and the staff was friendly”
The Brewery Tap, Brentford
“There are plenty of pubs round Brentford but we rarely go to any but our top two, Brewery Tap and Black Dog. The Tap is a really friendly local, superbly run by the lovely Annie. It's good place for a drink by the water in good weather and you can order excellent pizzas from Santa Maria as well as a good range of drinks. I really like the IPA and my wife finds the house red very palatable. The star attraction at the Tap is the music. Subject to Covid restrictions they often have bands playing there. Last night we really enjoyed Robert Hokum and the Great West Groove, playing bluesy music.”
The Roundhouse
“Fantastic new years eve in here. Always love this pub. Thanks so much to the bar staff for a great night: Artur, Luigi, Jack, Connor”
