The rents have gone up currently due to the market conditions, but it’s totally worth the price as it has a lot to offer with various communal gardens, designated kids’ play area, co-working space and a lot more! The locality is very well connected with the station, grocery stores, and the high street at a walkable distance from the building. “The staff are great. I get the laser and Jazz is so professional and the treatment is the best. She is so funny and kind and makes you feel so relaxed. There is another salon up the road naming no names near kfc, it's terrible burnt all the time from the laser and told oh it's fine. The chic do lots of beauty stuff and prices so reasonable. Recommend this place very highly.”

“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”

On some occasions we book the hall one year in advance since the hall is so popular. We find the charges very reasonable when we compare them to similar facilities elsewhere. Matt is very helpful and cooperative in all circumstances. His staff are always on their best behaviour and never fail to try their best to help us in every possible way. “I've tried many gyms locally to Hayes and I'd say this one is the best in terms of value and facilities. The gym is well equipped with a range of machines (some old and new) over two floors - bigger than the Energie one in Hayes. The swimming pool is a great bonus and is perfect for those hot days. Plus an on-site cafe and library. Very good value compared with other gyms locally. My go to!”
