"The previous name after they’ve changed it to ‘Real skin clinic’ was called ‘Chic.’ The owner a women accused me of lying and writing a fake signature on the loyalty card. I would never try faking a signature to get my eye brows done, I left crying. It was a horrible experience. Then out of pity she did my eyebrows, I felt mortified and never went back. I hope the owner actually doesn’t disrespect any other customers there. I used to think the gentlemen working there was lovey, it’s a shame the owner spoke to me like rubbish and treated me like this. Sorry if your the guy that works at chic but I have to be honest and this actually happened and you were not there that day, now I have the guts to actually post this. This was at the end of last year. I’d rather go back to my place in Pinner were they used to over charge me they treated me with respect."

"Both Rav and Jas are amazing!! Ive never had my eyebrows done as good as Rav does them!! He is quite soft handed and doesn't cause me any pain at all!! They are very friendly and make you feel like your apart of their family!! Its their 5 star customer care that keeps me coming back. Always very accommodating! Jas always is flexible with arranging my appointments, talks to me throughout my laser sessions so the pain feels bearable and ensuring i am comfortable at all times!"

"Came back here after a while and genuinely felt like I've been welcomed back into my long lost family! Everyone, are all so welcoming, professional and caring. I could not recommend Chi'c/Reak skin clinic any more! Raveena was so patient and friendly and took the time to explain everything. Jas, who is the holy grail for all of your treatments, listens to all of your skin care issues and gives you the best advise and treatment plan based on your concerns and problem areas. as well as listening to your life stories at the same time ;). Rav basically had a line going out of the store because everyone wanted to see him & I can't wait to get my brows and other treatments done by him too! Only other point I can make is, I'm gutted I waited this long to go back - if I could, I'd give it 10 stars!"

"The staff are great. I get the laser and Jazz is so professional and the treatment is the best. She is so funny and kind and makes you feel so relaxed. There is another salon up the road naming no names near kfc, it's terrible burnt all the time from the laser and told oh it's fine. The chic do lots of beauty stuff and prices so reasonable. Recommend this place very highly."
