Overall square foot of this place is smaller, but it has all you'd need, can definitely hit all compound lifts with accessory movements no issues. The biggest plus is the crowd here: very quiet respectful people, no posers, no large chatty groups, amazing environment. Staff extremely friendly, gym membership includes classes if you're into that along with swimming pool (I think), 10/10 for gym goers.”

“We attended a scan yesterday evening with Jaliah and we were really impressed. She was really kind, reassuring and patient with us. We had a really positive experience and she explained what she was looking at/for fully whilst the ultrasound was taking place. She gave us time to ask any questions or have any requests. “I was recommended Kev through a friend with lower back pain. After the first session I felt a difference, AMAZING!! I really couldn’t believe it. I continued weekly visits for a month, which also involved some acupuncture, I then began to spread appointments out. Unfortunately, I then injured my wrist! So I started sessions with ultra sound to help. Both back and wrist are back to normal and I continue to still see Kev for regular maintenance. I recommend Kev to everyone now :)”

“I have been using Metro Service Centre for many years even after moving away from the area I still take my vehicles up to them for MoT’s and associated work . Danny is always accommodating, friendly & helpful , Colin the main mechanic there is a very competent technician and the rest of the staff are always great to deal with . The work they do for me is always carried out to a high standard. I’ve never had a problem with the workmanship or the prices that they charge . I’d Recommend them without hesitation. They just carried out an MOT and service for me yesterday on a VW while I walked to the local Cafe and had breakfast, on my return the car was all done. .”

“My child has been going to Fox House for over 3 years and I cannot fault the education and support the children receive there. The staff are all friendly, affectionate and very professional. They know the children’s interests very well, and offer lots of activities to nurture those interests. I am continuously impressed by how involved the staff are, and the communication with parents is excellent. My child will go to school in September well prepared for it, but I will certainly miss those Fox House days.”
