"I ve been advised by 111 to go there for urgent care as I had stroke symptoms, they nade me wait for more than an hour to let me know they couldn’t do anything for me and I could go to another hospital. Even the nurse said was stroke symptoms and they don’t even cared."

"Once again management of this NHS facility's is unbelievable. We arrive with a 4 year child as she has cest infection, and the queue was outside of the bilding. People alone or with kids waiting in 3° Celsius in the rain. It was on hapenn on Sunday morning with the rest of bilding empty. We wait for an hour until we get inside, and another almost two hours until we see the doctor. Is not a " Urgent Center " at all."

"very rude receptionists. we were already inside waiting, and they sent us out to wait in the cold (1-2°C degrees). even tho there was still space inside for 2-3 more people"

"I wish I could give no stars. I came here for throat infection and was told to take loads of ibuprofen and paracetamol which turned into something major! I was admitted to hospital because the woman doctor said it will go down. The second man doctor I met who was asain, was very rude to me and when I asked questions he would tell me to leave there’s other people waiting! Horrible experience"

"Absolutely terrible reception staff used to be a good place for urgent care. Reception staff are ride and self righteous with no common sense. I had a broken jaw and could not speak, I developed an infection, staff expected me to go in and try to speak to the doctor without my partner due to their COVID rules, (which they themselves were not following) obviously made my jaw worse. At least the doctor was very good and made it a somewhat bearable experience."
