She was very friendly and welcoming, asking if I would like anything to drink etc. Had a constructive chat about how I wanted my hair and Nicoleta knew exactly what she was doing and talked me through what she’d do. They even loaned me a curtesy car whist mine was being repaired. Nothing is too much trouble for them and even the most tiniest thing is not a problem. “We had a fantastic stay at the Brooklands hotel. The rooms are very nice, with plenty of space for our family, great restaurant with a very good menu and quality. The biggest plus is the staff, from the General Manager Marco to the rest of the staff, especially David and Ester. They do their best to make you feel at home, very nice people and professional, they even gifted our kids with hotel gadgets. “My washing machine broke down so found the launderette through necessity! However, what a lovely experience - the lady who owns it was so helpful - she has change if you need it and advised me which machine to use. It's been a while since I went to a launderette. Positives are that because the washing machines are commercial ones, the wash takes only 20 minutes AND you can get more in than your normal one at home. These machines are £4 (4 x £1 coins) and there are also bigger ones for £6. The owner said some people come and do their post holiday washes as you can get everything done so quickly! I may well do that as much nicer experience than I was expecting - so fast and easy.”

“I always come to this salon if I want a pedicure. Compared to other places, the price is reasonable and the service is good. They do get busy (as they are popular) so I always try to book now. There is a good range of nail polish colours and the ladies who have done my pedicures have always been thorough and done a great job. I go for normal polish and find it lasts me well. I would recommend a pedicure here. The staff are always polite and helpful.”
