I asked him about Karrimor sandals, as there were none on display (I think because they have moved over to winter stock). He said he believed there may be a few left in the stockroom, and asked what size and colour I was looking for – then immediately got on his walkie-talkie to a colleague in the stock room, who duly appeared with two pairs of sandals. Both men could not have been more helpful and pleasant, and I was really impressed that they were prepared to go above and beyond by searching in the stock room for something that was not on display. “Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went to them to map my Rally Subaru Impreza WRX ahead of an event this weekend and there were issues with the new turbo that had been fitted. Both Neil and his team mate, worked from 12 when the issue was found, until 8 pm that evening without a break. They loaned me a replacement turbo, replaced the turbo and remapped the car again so that i could make the event this weekend. I expected that come 5:30 or 6pm latest that they would have shut the shop and asked me to come back the next day...I was totally taken aback at their dedication to getting it in shape so i could race it. I have used them on 3 seperate occassions over a 15 year period and i would highly recommend them as a business and will without doubt use them again. Straight talkers, professional, clean and tidy workshop. Cannot recommend enough.”

“A friendly, off-the beaten track local pub, serving great ales direct from the cask. Very traditional interior, and the locals are engaged in funny conversations and banter. This was a great pit stop on our long walk. I think this was how all pubs used to be - a genuine meeting place rather than somewhere to extract money out of you - I hope it never changes!”

Got off to a rocky start as I was told on the phone that they would only need my vehicle for 1-2 hours thus said I would sit and wait, when I arrived on the day was informed this was not correct and that they would need my car for 4-5 hours. NJS took great care by getting me in one of their courtesy cars so I could get on with my day, they were prompt in doing this. Really friendly garage with a knowledgeable and helpful team. I will be back and highly recommend to anyone!”
