“I heard about the club from the word of mouth. I tried it out . My son & daughter loved it, so we are still there. Now in year 2 & year 6, they have lots of kids their age, boys and girls. There is plenty of different activities to chose from and each day is different. There are plenty staff members , very pleasant and approachable. My kids feel very welcome and safe. my older child who suffers from lots of food intolerance was very well looked after. Now a year later from our first visit, our car is full with friends who tried and loved it as well. love hearing their chat on the way home, so many thing to say.. I am happy knowing any half terms are sorted Thank you”

“I needed a place for my 30th birthday. I contacted Layaan late in the day and he was super helpful and accommodating. The hall is bright and clean with lots of food warming/serving facilities. There are also plenty of toilets.The staff were friendly and my family and friends had a great time celebrating with me. To make this venue even better - a late licence would be awesome :)”

“As a keen runner and cyclist I knew in the back of my mind that I should probably do some strength training, but never really got round to it. I was diagnosed with osteopenia and that was the moment I decided that I had to take strength training more seriously…if only I knew where to start… That’s where Bea came in; she focussed on my diet, gave 1:1s with the right amount of challenge and wrote useful training plans. It’s been a real voyage of discovery. I could hardly lift a 6kg kettlebell when I started, but 11 months on I have progressed to 55kg squats. I really recommend training with Bea. She is professional, has lots of pearls of wisdom from her own experiences (duathlons, marathons, ironman, powerlifting) and has great attention to detail to help you reach your goals. I never thought I would enjoy strength training but that’s what comes with having a great PT!”

Drew is extremely knowledgeable in his field and takes real interest in your lifestyle/routine/sport to ensure the right treatment is applied. Drew's set up is ultra professional and friendly, which for a home visit service is hard to find these days. I feel its important to say that the treatment doesn't stop with the visit, Drew emails me after each session with various exercises to do, ensuring I get the full benefits of each session. My husband had suffered a severe road accident injury and we were advised by the surgeon that he would never get full range of motion back. Thanks to the dedication and detremination of John, my husband surpassed all expectations, the best day ever was when he walked into see John on crutches and came out later with just a walking stick.
