"Fantastic gym, great staff and equipment with a real community feel to the place. I have been going for around 6 weeks now for 1:1 personal training sessions with Terrence and it has been brilliant. I am on a weight loss journey starting at a terrifying height but in just the first 6 weeks alone my body and fitness has improved immensely. The sessions are effectively private with the gym being geared towards personal training sessions during the day (so you don't have people dotted all over the place doing their own thing while in your session). I have previously tried to go to a normal gym and found I was completely unmotivated, didn't like how public it all felt and just generally didn't feel like I belonged. I feel like I belong at the sporting club. My fitness has been taken into account and the programme is perfect for pushing me every session to improve while taking into account my previous lack of fitness to ensure I don't get injured. It's just all so, personal. Which when you are relatively new to the world of fitness, having been a life-long couch potato, has been so effective at keeping me motivated and injury free. I have just signed up for another block of ten sessions and I expect I will continue to long into the future. Thanks to Tim, Terrence and the rest of the team for a wonderful gym, atmosphere and space to really unlock your fitness potential. It's been a great experience so far and I look forward to continued success with the team"

"Where do I start...this gym has changed my life. The group of Professional trainers that are associated with this gym is First Class. If you want to have change how you look and feel, The Sporting Club is the place for you. The clients that go to this gym have been going there for years and will continue to do so, as you can not go anywhere else once you've worked out with this group. The Team really care about you and they take care of you. (they even lent weights to their clients during lockdown and ran classes via zoom)...incredible. They will also adjust to your schedule, and will add in zoom workouts when you are travelling. I can go on and on about this place but you will only know once you've experienced it yourself.
